the CenterTrac system to its Web site. The system provides an online outlet for
communication, easy payments, and a chance for parents to keep tracks of their
student's progress. Ashley Tutors is one of only two locations in the Washington,
D.C. area that uses CenterTrac.
CenterTrac, an efficient and superior communication system used by Ashley Tutors,
e-mails to parents summaries of their student\'s sessions with their instructor.
Within 24 hours of each session, the instructor prepares a report in CenterTrac
detailing the student\'s energy, preparation and progress, as well as a general
summary. That report is reviewed by an Ashley Tutors administrator, and is then
e-mailed to the parents, teacher or doctors involved in the student\'s education.
